Hi, I’m Putri Rafa Syabia — a certified yoga instructor who has completed a 200H Yoga Teacher Training with Bodsphere on Udemy. I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates, with a strong focus on stretching, core strength, mobility, and body conditioning.
